"Firstly we got quoted wrong so even though we had paid upfront we were forced to pay extra upon pick up. We booked the taxi for a specific time to collect us from airport and take us to ferry terminal to make sure we didn’t miss our ferry however they were very last so we missed the ferry and had to wait for the next one! "

"The diver was a few minutes early which was excellent. The driver helped me load and unload and was very friendly. My only complaint is that I had to pay for a huge six seater because that was all there was available. I think I should have been charged for the size of taxi I needed and not bear the extra expense. It is for this reason I am not paying a tip. "
