"The driver encountered 2 RTAs on his way to pick us up, but kept us informed of the situation with a couple of phone calls, and he sent us a map of his location via text. The cab was spotless and hand sanitiser was freely available, and driver’s mask was worn.
On the journey, our driver was congenial and chatted to us. He even stopped at services to allow us to use the toilet.
The lateness was minimal and was ahead of his predicted ETA, and disn’t inconvenience us.
