"Calling me at 10.30pm the night before we’re scheduled to be picked up at 5.05am was not great. Also, telling us that it might take longer than usual to get to the airport due to Covid, and convincing us to move our pick up time earlier by 20 minutes only to experience no delays whatsoever was not great either... The driver and the journey were fine."
