"The driver met us in the airport lounge and took over the luggage trolley transferring quite a distance to where the taxi was parked. My wife was in a wheel chair at the time and I was using crutches. We had 2 young children with us in the early hours of the morning and on arrival at the taxi assisted everyone into the cab. The drive to our home was very smooth and on arrival our driver assisted everyone out of the cab and delivered our luggage to the door.
I gave the driver a tip for his considerate service."
