The collection unfortunately did not.
The pick up was booked for 9.30am and on leaving the plane the driver called at 9.10 to ask how long we would be. I estimated 20 minutes.
It took until 10.10 for us to enter the arrival hall and we could not see the driver, as you are probably aware passport and immigration in these times is not as slick as it used to be.
He called and asked where we were as he had been waiting for 45 minutes , when I told him we were in arrivals trying to locate him he shouted at me on the phone and told me to go to departures as that is where he was, and to be quick!
It would seem he had arrived earlier than the booked time, which is okay-but his choice- and I assume had parked in the drop of area to avoid a parking fee as that area is free of charge, but of course could not leave his car.
Disappointed, and should a waiting time fee be sought, I would ask for a refund of part of the paid fee as it was not a meet and greet service as expected. "
