"The meeting point was confused It said meet and greet but there was nobody there when I came out of arrival hall Driver sent me a message to say here was waiting for me outside at drop off I assumed he meant on the arrival level and waited for a while and several telephone texts until after about 30 wasted minutes we did meet up! I think this should be made clear as for me its not logical to have to go to the departure level when you have just arrived It rather spoilt the whole experience for me"
