"Communication was great — really appreciated the regular updates on the driver’s whereabouts. Service was excellent as well — driver was early, helped with the bags, and friendly. Also liked that there was an option for card payment despite the website saying cash. Only one glitch — website wouldn’t allow my credit card to go through when booking the taxi, and I wasn’t told that I could pay by card in the car. Might be an issue if the person didn’t have enough cash with them and worried about payment. "
